RETURN POLICY / HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We want your shopping experience at Chartreuse to be the best ever! We hope you love everything you purchase but if not we will make sure your return process is as easy as possible.

** If an item given as a Christmas gift needs to be returned, the recipient has until January 25, 2021 to return for store credit. They can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help with the return process.Return Policy
All returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrived with tags on it, they tags must still be attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.
All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
All hats are FINAL SALE.
All items listed in the SALE category are FINAL SALE.
All sunglasses are FINAL SALE.
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other stains will be shipped back to you, not refunded + additional shipping cost.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receiving your return - you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Colors may vary due to photography equipment, lighting and computer monitor setting. Clothing patterns may vary. These situations do NOT qualify as defects.
Exchanges: Due to inventory constantly changing, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item and shipping back what you wish to return. This ensures you do not miss out on an item.
