How to make a RETURN / EXCHANGE
We hope you love the items you purchase from Shop Chartreuse! But if something does not work, we understand. We are now happy to offer exchanges, refunds, and store credit on qualifying purchases, via our new return portal, Re:Do. Please click here to start a return. Return Policy: We accept returns for refund/exchange within 25 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. After 25 days, returns are for online store credit/exchange only. Returns will not be accepted after 35 days. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include: jewelry, hats, headbands, sunglasses, and all items that end in 99 cents (these items are clearly marked as FINAL SALE on the site). If an item is damaged or if an incorrect item is received, please email us at shop.chartreuse.boutique@gmail.com. Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains will be shipped back to you, not refunded + additional shipping cost. All returns must be mailed, including local orders. Re:Do: If you didn’t select the Re:Do option at checkout, you can still return like normal through the portal and purchase a return label with a discounted shipping rate. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return - you will receive an email when the refund has been issued. For exchanges, you have the option of an instant exchange if you don't want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is scanned with the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 14 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 14 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).
